Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Unitrix Solutions' services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unitrix Solutions SMC-Private Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Unitrix Solutions SMC-Private Limited ("Unitrix", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Unitrix Solutions provides digital services including website development, web hosting, website maintenance, digital marketing, social media marketing, mobile app development, game development, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit before project commencement and the remaining 50% upon project completion or delivery. For ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, marketing), payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly late fee.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive full ownership of the custom-designed work created specifically for their project. Unitrix retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, frameworks, or libraries used remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and content in a timely manner, reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines, paying invoices according to payment terms, ensuring they have the right to use any content or assets they provide to us, and maintaining backups of their data independent of our services.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided as follows: Full refund if work has not commenced; Partial refund (based on work completed) if project is cancelled mid-way; No refund once a project is delivered and approved. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
Unitrix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
